VIETNAMESE BEEF STEW BANH MI

  1. Bake O’Smiles’ Banh Mi in oven or air fryer (remember to preheat the oven before baking Banh Mi). Set: 200°C in 5 MINUTES.
  2. Marinate the beef with cashew oil and spices and half of the minced onion and garlic, le the meat infuse the spices for 30 minutes.
  3. Put a little oil in the pot and saute curry powder, onion, garlic, lemongrass, ginger. Then, put the meat in and stir-fry for 10 minutes.
  4. Add coconut water to the meat with star anise, cinnamon, tomato; and stew for 30 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the carrots and onions to the stew over medium heat until all are soft.
