VIETNAMESE FRIED EGG BANH MI

Fried eggs Banh Mi is a Vietnamese classic breakfast recipe. The recipe is delicious, simple, and here are tips to get that perfect sunny side up!
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Traditional O’Smiles Banh Mi
- Scallion & pepper
- Optional: Use a round mini non-stick pan for a perfectly round egg
Directions:
- Bake O’Smiles’ Banh Mi in an oven or an air fryer (remember to preheat the Oven before baking bread)
Crusty crust, soft and airy texture: 180°C for 5 MINUTES
Super crusty: 200°C for 5 MINUTES - Put a little oil in the pan and wait until it heats up with medium heat
- Once you have beaten the eggs
- Plate your eggs or on-the-go vietnamese egg sandwich
- Add pepper and scallion to garnish
- Add soy sauce and chilli sauce (optional), get your bread and let’s dig in!
Tips:
