Ingredients:
- O’Smiles Black Sesame Banh Mi
- Carrot
- Herbs
- Cilantro
- Your favorite vegan sauce
- Grilled Vegetarian Tofu
- Turnip
Directions:
- Prepare your O’Smiles Black Sesame Banh Mi on a non-stick pan, seared on all sides for 2 minutes.
- Slice carrots and radishes and stir fry for 4 minutes.
- Cut fresh carrots into strands
- Add the toppings to Banh Mi: grilled white radish, grilled carrots, fresh carrots, grilled vegetarian tofu, herbs, and cilantro
- Add your favorite vegetarian sauce for extra flavour and enjoy!
