GARLIC BANH MI

Ingredients:
- Choose your favorite Banh Mi: Traditional Banh Mi, Black Sesame Banh Mi or Whole Wheat Bread.
- Pre-minced garlic.
- 30g melted peanut butter.
- Chopped parleys.
- 1 teaspoon sugar.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Directions:
- Cut O'Smiles Banh Mi into slices before defrosting (the best way to preserve Banh Mi shape).
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, parleys and add seasoning to taste.
- Use a spoon, gently spread garlic butter evenly on each slices.
- Bake for 4 - 7 minutes at 356°F - 392°F ( 180°C - 200°C ) or until the surface turns golden brown for crispy texture.
- Take it out and enjoy!
